Emergency Sadaqah Request

Sadaqah in Islam refers to voluntary charity given for the sake of Allah. It is an act of kindness and generosity that goes beyond obligatory forms of charity like Zakat. This is highly encouraged as a means to seek Allah’s pleasure, purify one’s wealth, and assist those in need.

Both the Quran and Hadith emphasize the immense benefits and virtues of giving sadaqah (voluntary charity).

“When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things: ongoing charity (sadaqah jariyah), beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him.”
(Sahih Muslim, Hadith 1631).

Thankfully, due to our amazing ground team in Malawi, The Huffaz Network are able to processes emergency Sadaqah usually within 48 hours. This is performed by an animal sacrifice which is then used to feed the poor. We aim to provide a video receipt on completion. Whether this is for yourself or for a loved one, we will do our utmost best to ensure this is handled promptly with care.
